Contemporary French mottled sheep, spine with 5 raised bands richly gilt in compartments, marbled endpapers (top of spine little chipped, light wear to extremities, boards bowed slightly outwards), marbled endpapers. Text little age-toned, very little occasional foxing. A nice, clean and unmarked copy. ----
