"The first settlers cut the trees to build their shelters and a place to worship. Within these log walls from the virgin forest, they gathered to give thanks and praise to God. When circumstances improved, the little band of pioneers deemed it a privilege to provide a beautiful and worthy place as God's House. We are the inheritors of their generosity and love." - vii.
