David Allan. 4to, rebound in quarter leather with brown cloth boards, titles in gilt on spine. Corners a little bumped. This edition illustrated with 10 aqua-tints of scenes by David Allan. X + 111pp followed by 17pp of glossary / explanation of Scots words and 18pp of music. Title & half title pages loose & a bit grubby with previous owner's name on. A few marks etc comensurate with age, some professional repairs particularly to plates. Ink stain as can be seen and there's a mark on the front endpapers, where a bookplate has been partially removed, please see pictures.
