London: Printed By John Nichols and Son. Poor. 1823. Hardcover. While the pages are quite clean and straight with minimal foxing, front cover is missing and back cover is detached. Spine is cracked and text block is almost entirely divided in half. Small portion of half leather binding still in place. Interesting genealogical information with an indexed list of names, numerous obituaries and births, as well as news and historical articles. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
