A turnaround book and portfolio. 48 pp. 6 bw, 11 color plates, 20 color plates on fold-out in portfolio. Issued in conjunction with two separate exhibitions featuring works by German painter Georg Baselitz (b. 1938). A turnaround book and portfolio, with the 48-page book on one side and the 20-plate portfolio on the other. "The Women of Dresden" features sculptures and "45" features 20 panels done between June and September 1989, arranged and folded together like an accordian. With an essay by Thomas McEvilley. A nice showcase to the diversity of Baselitz's talents.
