New York: Mitchell Kennerley, 1917. Maroon boards, gilt lettering on spine, 174 numbered pages. Very lightly bumped and rubbed on ends of spine and on corners, small (1/8 inch) smudge on front, front paste-down roughened where bookplate removed, faint pencil erasure on ffep, pages darkened but spotless. Overall, very good plus. DJ darkened and wrinkled along spine, moderately chipped and creased along top edge, at heel of spine and ends of flap folds, dampstain on lower edge of front and rear. Tear (1 inch) along side of spine. Overall, good. Protected in mylar.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
