The Beekman Family has a long history in New York City going back as far as 1647, hence several street names in their honor. Gerard Beekman was born in 1750 and died in 1793. Parchment paper, 10 x 16", double sided, 3 original folds, with New York State seal affixed to small cover page. Toned overall, seam split not affecting text.
