It has green leatherette covers with bright gilt lettering on the spine. The dust jacket has a few tiny edge tears. It has a small address sticker of the original owner on the front free endpaper. The binding is tight and secure, and the pages are bright and sparkling throughout. This exceptional historical work traces Germany from pre-World War I days up through the rise of Hitler leading to World War II.
