Inscribed to Lew with fond regards Eric... grading older paperbacks can be quite subjective, I do try to note details, pictures provided for your review... Interestingly - there is a review in the front of the book by Jack Lee Rosenberg DDS, PHD, author of total orgasm, another classic...
