New York, NY: Girl Scouts of the United States of America, 1952. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. Illustrations. G/none, used hc, 527 pages. Green colored cloth over boards, gilt text and insignia on upper and spine; cover shows minor shelf wear, edgewear to lower where spine is slightly frayed. Former owner's signature on second page. There are two pages with pencil marks, about 4 pages that have water damage, else interior pages are clean, unmarked. Information includes history of the organization and founders, dress, badges, how to hold a meeting/ceremonies and then many chapters of very practical information on the program fields. Binding is tight.
