The Macaulay Co, 1937. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 314 pages. A woman leaves her husband, then regrets the decision and tracks him down in India, where much of this romance novel is set. Savi (born in 1865 in India), wrote many novels set in English and is widely cited in surveys of Anglo-Indian Her son, Gerald Savi, published a number of volumes of crime fiction. First American edition (first printing). A very good copy in a very good dust jacket, missing a small piece at the base of the spine. A nice copy.
