Pages are mildly tanned. Notable cracking to gutters and front hinge. Visible thumb-marking present. Previous owner's inscription to half title page. Mild water staining to pages throughout. Fabric secured to rear hinge. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Notable tanning to spine, which has mild crushing and tearing to ends. Book has forward lean.
