Boston: Page Company, 1920. Book. Good. Hardcover. Twenty-seventh Printing. 624 pages, b/w plates; 12mo, green cloth, small decoration front cover. Spine ends/corner tips worn, edges rubbed, inner front hinge broken, small tear title page, good+; no dust jacket. Originally published in 1877 in Canada with pirated editions put out in the U.S. until 1987 when Page printed an authorized, revised edition.
