NY: Harry N. Abrams; (2000). First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Fine in a near fine dust jacket. The jacket has just slight wear at spine ends, and a touch of rubbing generally. The jacket has "Karsten Creek" printed below the large illustration on the front panel. Inscribed on the front endpaper by Mike Holder and dated in 2001. Holder was the head coach of the Oklahoma State University golf team from 1973 - 2005, when he became athletic director. As head golf coach his teams won 25 conference championships and 8 national championships.
