Fine clamshell with fine book and print. The original carboard box with the two thrumbed freak power symbol stamped on front present, with some mild wear from storage. \r\n\r\nThis was limited to 3,000, but interestingly, this print is stamped with ""Sample"". Not mentioned in the Shoaf Gonzology bibliography. He mentions ""Artists proofs"" as well as the numbering, but not sample. \r\n\r\nShoaf A31 (a, but see above).

First edition. The back of the book is stamped as number 0000 of 3,000. Inside front of the clamshell box contains a framed print stamped "sample." Also contains publisher promotional materials.
