Johnstown, N.Y.: Knox Gelatine, 1959. Pamphlet. Very Good. 15, [1] p.: illustrations; 23 cm. Stapled pamphlet with illustrated cover. Cover title. Contains directions for using unflavored gelatine and recipes for whips, sponges and snows, chiffons, mousses and charlottes. Recipes include chicken mousse, strawberry ginger pie, turkey-tomato mold, and nesselrode pie. The "Students" referred to in the title are clearly female students. Scarce. In Very Good Condition: cover is lightly rubbed and soiled; closed 1-cm. tear from lower edge of front cover; lower corner of front cover creased; clean and solid.
