An interesting cast of characters, a murder, the Governor's safari, a trial. The book concludes with Epilogue Part II, in which the Chief Magistrate gives a dispassionate summing up of the characters, their motives, and their actions. DJ in sha des of orange and brown; illust. of leopard. DJ in near-mint cond. One tiny nick to corner, otherwise splendidly bright, clean and unblemished. New mylar cover. Binidng is brown cloth with gilt lette r ing - a handsome as new copy. Endpapers white - 1" sticker pull on front top right corner. Text is tight and clean. A superb copy of this fine novel.
