Some dampstains to front board and margins of front endpaper. Internally very good. ; Fourth Edition. xvi, 162 pages + [2] pages advertisements. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering and rule on spine. Page dimensions:164 x 100mm. The first edition of Maunsell's grammar of the Maori language was published in 1842. [References: BIM 1403; Bagnall M1397; Williams 881 - "A reprint from the third edition (No. 624), omitting the preface to that edition and giving only that to the first as printed in the second edition."]; 16mo 6" - 7" tall .
