G. P. Putnam's Sons. Very Good in Good+ dustjacket. 1968. Hardcover. Former library book with marks as such. The front and rear endpapers have been professionally replaced with new. The edges of the jacket flap were slightly trimmed, but no text was affected and the jacket is very good else. The dustjacket is now protected in a new, removable archival sleeve. ; Small 8vo 7½" - 8" .
