"Coming late to sailing, (author) offers a different view of life at sea; that of an older woman with a lot to learn. The story of circumnavigation of 'Lucky Ducks II' is written from this perspective. Storms, war zones, pirates and other unusual experiences were leavened with warm hospitality in many lands." - from back cover of Volume 1. Above-average wear to both volumes. Bindings intact. Custom bookmark for this book laid-in Volume 1..
