London: Chapman & Hall. Very Good. 1927. First Edition. Hardcover. 460 p. 22 cm. Sound and square binding in blue, cloth-covered boards, with gilt stamped titles. Corners are light bumped. Text block edges have faint foxing and are somewhat dusty. The inside of the book has a light smoke odour. The endpapers show light foxing. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. Intended for the artist wishing to master graphic design as a profession. Illustrated with black and white plates and in-text drawings. .
