The Green Fairy Book by Andrew Lang [Editor] - 1895

London and New York: Longmans, Green & Co, 1895 A very good copy of the 4th impression of the Green Fairy Book in the original green decorative cloth binding with gilt designs and title. With the original endpapers and aeg. With full page and text illustrations by H J Ford. The binding is in very good clean condition with a very bright spine, front and back board. There is light pulling to the top and bottom of the spine and light corner wear. There is a small cloth scuff at the spine joint with the back board and a couple of small marks to the back board. The original black endpapers are present, with a couple of very slight marks to the rear endpapers. There is an ink inscription to the half title dated Xmas 1897. Contents are in very good clean condition with sporadic light foxing.
