Near fine, with only minor edge wear to the wraps. With the blurb that was on the publisher's shrink wrap, cut-out, and laid into the book. Illustrated by James Mazzeo. Signed by Mazzeo on the recto of the copyright page. The illustrator writes, "Enjoy! Mazzeo! 2005!" The music legends "audio novel" following the lives of the Green family in a fictional seaside town in California. The work has had favorable comparisons to Wilder's 'Our Town' and Anderson's 'Winesburg,Ohio'. This book is the Greendale experience brought to a glorious conclusion, and a must for any fan of Neil Young's work.
