Bound in tan half calf with marbled boards, spine repaired at bottom edge, edges rubbed, four large engraved vignettes, one colored and heightened with gold, 2 engraved title pages, numerous engraved vignettes. 84 engraved plates by R. De Hooghe. 2 double-page engraved maps one of the World the Mediterranean and Holy Land, and 2 engraved double-page plans ( Jerusalem ). A very scarce and impressive tome in the Dutch Language. ; 14" x 9.5" .
