Original maroon cloth binding with circular front cover illustrations intact, with moderate dulling of spine and small bumps to the lower edge; protected in custom-fitted archival mylar. The rear board has spotting which causes minor areas of discoloration. The top edge of the closed page edges is coated in gilt, with the other page edges deckled. Illustrated by Lynn Bogue Hunt. Previous owner's bookplate affixed neatly on the inside front cover. The text is clean and unmarked. Limited edition, hand-numbered 721 of an edition of 950. First edition..
