About This Item
Hi, Here we have an 1861 Lillywhite Guide. 14th Edition (The Spring edition with the extra 8 pages hence Smith 15/24 rather than 14). Once owned by Roger Hancock, the comedians brother. This book is rebound with gilt to the spine, the boards are in blue and simple The tite page has some annotations (an ex owner trying to make out which edition it was) but it is bound without the original covers, otherwise it is complete. With the Appendix to the Spring edition. In very nice condition. Internally wonderful, very clean indeed and tightly bound some spotting but not as bad as you find. There are two 14th editions of the guide , Autumn and Spring, the Sping one is effectivly issue 15 as the Autumn (14th) edition with an extra bit at the end, It is a tiny book with bright pages and hard to find. Condition (Out of 10) = 8
