Pan. Paperback. 191pp. First edition Pan paperback with clasic Pan cover illustrated by Jack Keay. The 14th instalment in John Creasey's Roger West series. (He also wrote George Gideon series (published under the pseudonym J. J. Marric, later made into both a film (starring Jack Hawkins) and a TV series (staring John Gregson)). Remains of the original 2'6 price label to front. Light creasing wear with a little creasing to spine. Minor rubbing to edges with a very short split to the head of the front hinge. Pages are only lightly tanned. Very clean. Good+, sound copy . Paperback. 1958.
