This story tells how Hailibu the Hunter sacrificed himself in order to save the people in his village. Hailibu once saved a little white dragon, the daughter of the old dragon king. To thank Hailibu for saving his daughter the dragon king gave him a precious stone that enabled him to understand the language of different birds and animals. One day he learned from the conversation of the birds that the mountain would split and a flood would wash away his home village. To save the villager's lives he told them what he had learned from the birds. The people left the village safely but Hailibu was turned into a rock.
