Prefatory note, Title + 31 pp of coloured maps on card paper stock + 24 pp index and 8 pp of publisher's adverts on lighter weight paper. First Edition of the Middle Class School Atlas 1871. Fair (Book- soiling and whear to cloth, Front end paper cracked, sewing and mull holding, other damage to end papers- torn and creased. Previous owner book plate depicting Brighton Coat of Arms and motto In Deo Fidemus to front paste down, earlier p.o.n and date 1892 to front free end paper, others to reverse thereof and another to top margin of prefatory note with dates 1880,81 and 82 presumably being school pupils to whom issued. notes and calculations to obverse of rear end paper.Maps clean).
