Cloth spine is edge rubbed with bright gilt lettering. DJ is heavily edge worn, scuffed, with chipping at top back and overall soiling, but integrity is intact. ; Text and photographs by noted American photojournalist Margaret Bourke-White. The material was drawn from her trips to India and Pakistan after independence from Britain. She included photographs taken in the period 1946-1949.
