Scuffing and soiling to boards, corners, throughout text. Ex library, with St. Louis Medical Society bookplate to fpd, library stamp to title page, final leaf of text, and bottom text block edge. Bottom and fore edge stained yellow, with top edge darkened to black. All text in German.
