About This Item

The author visited many eyewitnesses to the hanging of Edward Ferdinand Clum on April 15th, 1887, in the town of Cassville, Missouri. Clum had been found guilty of slaying 47-year-old John J. White and 17-year-old Ella Bowe with a double-barrel shotgun at the White Farm on Capps Creek in northwest Barry County late in the evening of July 8th, 1886. Some photos and illustrations.

Very Good+ condition. Cover has a couple tan spots and original price sticker on back. Pages have light edge tanning, else fine. Clean and tight. No crease on spine.
