In 221 BC Hannibal succeeds to the Carthaginian command in Spain and in 218 BC marches on Italy with the intent to destroy the Roman Empire. 180 pages with illustrations in the text and endpaper map. Book in very good condition with previous owners details on first page, some minor marks, light tanning, and pencil margin notes on three pages, Cover has some wear (see photo).
