Hard cover, under illustrated jacket. +++++++ Description illustrated of the masterpiece of Memling's later years, the Shrine of St Ursula, actuallly in the museum of the hospital of Bruges. The Shine was created in 1489, and it has a steeply pointed cover, as typical of northern European countries, with three painted tondoes on each side. 10 colour plates are corresponding to a global aspect, the two main facades, the six painted tondoes on each side, and the six medaillons on each side of the roof (1 plate for the six). Each painting is detailed in one text page - Good condition..
