Monotone drawings, reproductions, maps (some fold-out), photographs, colour plates. "Being an historical account of the life and times in turbulent eighteenth century America of Captain John Walden Myers, U.E., outstanding Royalist Patriot, British Secret Scout, Spy and Soldier-Adventurer, during the revolution in the American colonies and the record of his consequent settlement and patriarchal founding of a leading family of pioneering prominence at the Bay Kentie in His Majesty's loyal province of Upper Canada." Interior - small crease to fore-edge of pages 318-378 due to two very small shallow dints, crease down fore-edge of one fold-out page, otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - very minor soiling to bottom of the textblock, very light wrinkling at top of the spine and light wrinkling at the bottom, three small faint rub marks on the rear board.. Hard Cover.
