Includes 168 b&w tissue-protected cigarette cards of actors, directors (Sternberg, Lubitsch, Murnau, and Lang, etc.) and films (Exotenfilme, Bergfilm, Expeditionsfilme, Driegsfilme, Kriminalfilme, and Russenfilme). Actors and directors drawn largely from German film but also some Americans or actors know to the American audiences, such as Paul Morgan, Paul Gratz, Lewis Stone and Greta Garbo, Gary Cooper, Jackie Coogan, Maurice Chevalier, Jeanette MacDonald, Tallulah Bankhead, Claudette Colbert, Leni Fiefenstahl, Peter Lorre, etc. These cards were issued with Hansom cigarettes: Series nos. 505-672, cards measure 1-9/16" x 2-3/8".
