Actors from largely German film but also many Americans or actors know to American audiencies, such as John Barrmore, Marlene Dietrich in hollywood (with Chaplin, Gary Cooper and Adolphe Menjou), Greta Garbo with Lew Ayres, Norma Shearer, Tom Mix, Buster Keaton, Ramon Novarro, Anna May Wong, Jackie Coogan, Clara Bow, Maurice Chevalier, Lily Damita (Bridge of San Luis Rey; married Errol Flynn and mother of the war photo-journalist Sean Flynn). These cards were issued with Hansom cigarettes: Series nos. 337-504, cards measure 1-9/16" x 2-3/8". n.d. (1930s). 1" close tear to top edge rear wrapper with faint soiling, else, Pristine. Collated.
