This is the DEDICATION COPY inscribed by the Author on the half-title below the printed dedication to Harold Kisch F.R.C.S. "With kindest regards/ from/ he Author/ Sydney Horler/ 27/5/33". The book-plate of Sybil Kisch is attached to the front free end-paper. Front hinge a bit weak otherwise a VG copy rather darkened to the spine and with indiscriminate marks to the boards here-and-there. Rare
