About This Item
New York: Harper & Row, 1977. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. This is a stated first edition. The interior of the book is clean and tight, with a former owner's name on the front free end paper but no other marks. The illustrated covers are bright, with very minimal wear. The dust jacket is also in very good condition. There is little general wear and no tears or chips, but both corners of the front flap have been clipped, and the laminate along the hinges has started to lift. The attached scan should give a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: A picture book for early readers about Hattie Rabbit, who tries too hard to help her mother and Shirley, her sick friend.
