Honolulu: Honolulu Star-Bulletin / Hawaii Tourist Bureau, 1936. Magazine. Unpaginated, about 100p., softbound tourist- and investment-bait newsmagazine-style in 12.5x10 inch color wraps. Profuse captioned b&w photoreproductions on semi-coated paperstock, brief introductory text. A complete but somewhat damaged copy: both covers seriously silverfished with a number of small marginal perforations to front cover; just inside find a lower-margin hole that penetrates a half-dozen margins before it peters out, here the silverfish may have been riding a bookworm. Else good, with a lot of period camerawork rather indifferently reproduced, and the pleasant cover illustration not too badly damaged. Dated from census stats quoted in the introduction. The publishers ascribed are our guesswork per photo-credits.
