Double issued, Fall-Winter 1943/44. 74 pp. In three sections: Decouverte des Tropiques, with poetry and prose by Andre Breton, Aime Cesaire, Andre Masson, Yvan Goll, Nicolas Guillen, and Emilio Ballagas; Prose of Poets, Henry Miller and Claire Goll; and Between the Tropics, poetry and prose by Philip Lamantia, John Latouche, Charles Duits, Jean Malaquais, Roger Caillois, Ramon Sartoris, Ste Croix Loyseau, and Alain Bosquet. Four drawings by Masson. French and English. Spine bumped, with chipping and closed tears at head and heel, edges rubbed; wrappers sunned and lightly soiled, bumped at edges; page edges tanned, corners bumped. With the ownership signature of poet Judson Crews (as J. C. Crews), interior otherwise unmarked.
