Each volume illustrated and with table of contents, notes, appendices, bibliography, and index.

The set is complete in three volumes. All volumes complete and are unmarked with either names, inscriptions, notes, marginalia, highlighting, labels, or bookplates. The is some spotting to the edges of the text block, please review the images.

The dust wrappers are in very good to near find condition. Volume 1 is price clipped with an affixed printed price (expressed in decimal sterling). Otherwise complete with some creasing. Volume e is not price clipped (printed price in both duodecimal and decimal sterling). There is some creasing and tears though with little to no loss. Volume 3 is not price clipped (the printed price in decimal sterling only). Some creasing, particularly to the head and foot of the leading edge of the front panel to the dust wrapper.

The set of three is in overall very good to near fine condition.

The dust wrappers have been placed in new archival grade, paper lined, and removeable covers.
