Henry Holt & Company, 1953. Hard. Fine. Fine, Aaron. Stated First Edition / First Printing. Pictorial boards with cloth spine. A bright, unmarked book. Lightly soiled, unclipped ($2.50) jacket has small chip and tear at crown of spine, and two other tiny tears on rear panel and one corner. Illustrated by Aaron Fine. Scarce in any condition -- exceptional as First Edition. Story about the little house where Brown lived while in NY. She called it Cobble Court which was later moved -- it still stands today.
