A detailed, blow-by-blow account of the WWII battle for Hong Kong, its eventual fall to Japanese forces on Christmas Day, 1941, and the subsequent, mostly brutal, treatment of locals and British forces during the Japanese occupation. The book concludes with a description of the liberation of the territory and the restoration of law and order in 1945. A very good copy in lightly worn DJ, now protected in Mylar.
