Following a major renovation of the Osaka Castle in Japan, the castle museum produced this stunning colour catalogue of art and artifacts held by the castle. The Osaka Castle collection has a particular focus on the Momoyama Period in Japanese history (1573-1615). This catalogue features items including painted screens, written documents, armour and weapons, artwork, wooden images and more. Featured entry references at rear of book.
