NY: Harcourt, Brace and Company. VG. 1953. 1st American Edition. Hardcover. Stated first American edition bound in aqua cloth with gold spine lett ering. Black & white photo illustrations, 267 pages. A Very Good copy in a VG+ dust jacket. The book has a spine slant. Dusting to the edges of the upper page block. Former owner has inked the date and purchase price at the lower right corner of the front endpaper. The dust jacke t is tanned at its rear panel and along the edges of the front panel. It has light rubbing to the head of its spine. .
Synopsis
