This book is a entertaining account of Ackerley's experiences during his time in India, where he served as the private secretary to the Maharaja of Chhokrapur. 12mo (19 cm tall). 276 pp. Red cloth. Previous owner's name printed on ffep. Light foxing to edges of dust jacket and text block. Dust jacket is a little discolored with small nick along spine.
