[3], 4-36pp. Full title is 'His Majesty's Warrant: Containing the Rules, Orders and Regulations Necessary in the First Instance for the Formation, Conduct, and Good Government of the Junior Department of the Royal Military College. Also the Regulations for the Formation of the Collegiate Board, with the Authorities Vested in the Same'. Contemporary speckled full calf, smooth back, divided into six panels with gilt rules and palettes, each compartment with a tool of military drum, flag and gun, gilt roll border to covers, gilt roll to edges, upper cover with attractive large morocco title label, 'shell' style marbled endpapers. Slightly rubbed externally, small amount of loss to head cap. Internally quite bright and clean. Text is signed C. Yorke at the end, National Trust suggests Charles Philip Yorke (1764-1834; Home Secretary 1803-4). Uncommon, with four locations in Library Hub. First Edition. Hardback. Good+. 8vo.
