1601 SPAIN 1ed Primogeniture Spanish Feudalism Henry II Castile Molina Morales
Luis de Molina y Morales was a 16th-century Spanish historian who is primarily known for his landmark work on primogeniture, or the rights and privileges of first-born Spaniards. Serving as an advisor in Castile, Morales wrote "De hispanorum primogeniorum" in 1573 which became the best work if its kind and served as an "indispensable consultation by law firms" (Rodriguez).
