As New. 8vo, hardcover, no dj's. 4 volume set. Brown cloth, gilt spine lettering. Near fine condition. Contents all volumes bright, crisp & clean, virtually unopened. Thin crinkle across upper spine cloth of Volumes 1 and 3, slightest bend to top corner of last few pgs. of Volume 1, to minimal effect. An extremely handsome set, quite clean inside & out, bindings & hinges tight. viii, 739 + 717 + viii, 832 + 688 pp., 12 plates in rear of Volume 1.
